
Molly Farquharson is a fibre artist who works with thread, yarn, buttons, and found items. Having lived in three other countries (US, Japan, Turkey), she brings a different perspective to her art. She has shown locally at the Orillia Museum of Art & History, Peter St. Fine Arts, Lee Contemporary, Tango, Coach House Gallery, and Studio 204, among others. She is on the executive board of the Orillia Fine Arts Association, was until recently on the Art in Public Places Committee and is active in the Orillia Arts District. She currently owns the Hibernation Arts Gallery in the Orillia Arts District.
